pressure tank (flow Surge Tank) Safet Releive Valve

I need to Know (if any Expert can advise)

our surge tank Design pressure is 25mbarg ,A hatch ( safety releive Valve ) Dead weight loaded type is installed on the roof along with PVRV( pressure Vacuum Releive Valve) .

Could any Expert advise what will be the Set point for this Hatch taking into consideration that the operating working pressure is 5mbar.
