Pressure tank in fire booster pump

Hi
Is That permissible in nfpa 20, to have a pressure tank in addition to pressure maintenance (Jockey) Pump for compensating system leakages ?

Sure as long as you have a jockey pump you meet NFPA 20. In my mind the pressure tank is just an added thing, really not needed, but if you want it go ahead. Unless you have underground mains on the discharge side of the pump, the jockey should rarely activate unless a main drain is not closed all the way.
