Can someone please provide videos where pressure test and bacteria test for watermain pipe is done? I have read many articles but didn't witness it in person. Video will help me to understand it better. Any links will be appreciated. THank you.

You should refer to AWWA C605 for flushing and hydrostatic testing procedures and AWWA CC651 for disinfection procedures.
 
Check with your local water authority, they may offer the Coliform test. If not then you need to use an accredited laboratory to perform the test.
The American Water Works Association has created a video showing the sample collection procedure for the coliform bacteria.
If I were to performed a cliform lab procedure, I would never consider using my results as an indication of an acceptable result. This engineer knows that being responsible requires collecting the sample properly, and then taking quickly the sample to the laboratory recommended by the local water authority.

The American Waterworks Association has a youtube channel with videos on related subjects.
