Hello,
I have an oil tank that can be pressurized up to 7 bar under normal working conditions. The tank will be mounted on off-road vehicle.
My question is, does it fall under "Pressure vessel code" and/or where I can find this info.
Thanks.

You have to check with the Jurisdiction where the vessel is installed or operated to determine the requirements.

Typically, vessels that are mobile and operate on public roadways are governed by the DOT. As you state your tank is mounted on an off-road vehicle, I suppose you will have to check with the Jurisdiction it will be operating within.

Having it stamped as an ASME Pressure Vessel always helps, but only to the extent the design is adequately defined for the service.

Good Luck!
