I am involved in fixing a concrete bulkhead wall that is along a tidal water channel. The owner of the channel is sensitive to the construction. Over the bulkhead wall is an abandoned set of railroad siding and proposed building setback about 90ft from the channel.
The wall is in disrepair due to spalling. There are holes and crevices scattered througout along the face of the wall. As of now, the plan is to have these holes filled from a raft floating in the channel. Does anyone know of a way (or system) of applying concrete/grout to the wall without some of it spilling into the waterway?
