prevention of liquid discharge at stack outlet

do anyone perhaps have tips on how to prevent "infected" liquid droplets been discharge into the atmosphere.
The application is a scrubber system discharging through a Stack

Provide a de-entrainment section at the top of your scrubber, by using mesh pads made for that purpose.

These guys have made custom moisture separators that are very effective at stopping slobber of Diesel soot/water from stack discharges:


The only limitation is that the gas flow has to be roughly horizontal, so the water can drain off the fancy louvers.

I'd guess the mesh pads would need some sort of drainage system, too.
