PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS

I need to do a preventive maintenance program to a public building's technical installations (HVAC installations, Electrical installations, Life Safety inst, etc). Where can i find, in the internet, preventive maintenance programs to each one of these equipments (e.g. chiller, boiler, conduits, pumps, power transformers, electrical switchboards, smoke detectors, lighting devices, etc)? Are there any codes for preventive maintenance? Can i find them in the internet?
