Preview Bitmap

Has somebody tryed to download Sample Code to retrieve the SolidWorks preview bitmap and the display lists (as used in the SolidWorks Viewer) from solidworks.com . It demands imlode.h and implode.lib to build the sample. Can you advise me where can iget these files.Or may be another familar sample . Thank you.
