Hi!
I'm now working on one of Middle East Pipeline Project.
Is somebody there he/she has an experience to compare the procurement cost of large diameter pipeline,
between - Steel Plate -> Site Delivery-> Pipe Manufacturing @ site Fabrication Shop -> Painting
and - direct procurement of Single Pipe ?
