I have an opportunity to bid on a project that requires a copy of Hysys.
I need a price for a single-seat license for a one-man Engineering firm and I don't need a network installation, anyone know what the going rate for this is?

why not call them? Why must you have hysys? why not ask for a performance based bid and use a performanced based lower priced software? Can you sub out under another company that has Hysys, I don't think the Hysys licence will allow direct sub-leasing of the software.
