Hello In regards to Prima Platino 3.5 KW anybody from this forum has knowledge if is possible to cut Plastic and Wood on this laser. There is any special settings to keep the cutting head above the sheets or any other procedures that is required? I also know that is tricky to cut plastic and wood due to fumes and fires but I need to try. Can please somebody help us.

Bug the hell out of Prima until they get you the info.
They used to have some capable people working there, don't know about present.
In general, though:
is there a program code to enable/disable the sensor?
is there a way to program the head height?
(what programming language do they use, anyway?)
