Printing a drawing without WSIWYG 1

We're trying to simply PRINT an A size drawing such that it actually fills the page, but we keep getting large borders because it's printing what is shown on the screen.

The drawing is zoomed to fit, but the screen's rectangle isn't proportioned to 8 1/2 X 11, so there's space around the border we don't want to print.

Anyone have a solution to this problem without requiring us to use the plotter for such a small drawing?

I believe it's working as it is supposed to, as it is essentially just a screen dump when you print. See what happens when you zoom in closer.

The only other thing I know of is trying to resize the drawing to fit on the target paper size (Letter size) which will probably be a pain.

One other thought is to set up a plot queue for the letter paper size & use that to plot your drawings to the printer. That's how we do our 11x17 drawings for GM.
