printing as .pdf, lines go hidden or dissapear

I have saved an E size drawing as .pdf
When printing as E size it prints perfect.

Problem: If I print it as C size some lines become hidden or disappear.

If you are printing from Adobe this is not a SW problem.

If you are scaling the E-size PDF down to a C-size, perhaps the line thickness is becoming too small to print.
