Printing Notes

I keep a lot of notes in my tasks for my projects. Is there a way to print a report of all of the notes for a given project?

Custom Reports allows you to access the Task Notes for a printout, or, you can simply add a column and reference the task notes directly.

I tried adding notes though a customized Report, and it only added the notes for the first task on the list. I triple checked to verify that there are notes present, but they did not show up on the report....

Any thoughts?

When you add a Notes column, do you see all your notes?

If you go to "Page Setup", click the View Tab at the top, the third check box down on the left allows you to print Notes. I use it all the time for the same reason.

EXCELLENT!!! Now, is there a way to change the font of the printed notes? I like to print the Gantt chart on one page, but when I do this, the notes are so small, that I can barely read them....

The only way I can see, is in the Task Note itself, if you click on the "A" radio button you can adjust the font size, but that appears to be on a note by note basis, unless you set it somewhere as default. I also don't know if this will help when you print to 1 page?
