I'm trying to plot a schedule out to A1 size on a Hewlett Packard Designjet plotter. Every time I try the data error light starts flashing and when the printing starts it misses of the timescale region at the top and some of the outside lines that make up the table. Does anyone know how to get round this?

Thanks

stup49,

Try "file" "Print" and select "All" in the "Print Range" area. This has helped me in the past. Additionally, in "page setup", "page" I select "adjust to 100% normal size". With those two settings I found that I can plot to my desktop laserjet, the color 11x17 printer or to our plotter with out changing any other settings. I allow MS project to scale the project accordingly.
Good Luck,
JBK
