Printing/plotting problem!

How come when I print my dash lines and center lines that are in my model space end up being solid lines when printed?

Plotting from paperspace?
One the menu bar go to FORMAT...LINETYPE
uncheck USE PAPERSPACE UNITS FOR SCALING
If you do not see this option make sure the SHOW DETAILS
(upper right corner of the linetype manager) box is clicked.
