This might be an easy problem to fix, I don't know. I've been working on a drawing for the past couple of days. Normally when I print it out everything is fine, until this morning. When I print the dimensions and the title block lines are greyed. Even on new documents I can't get the lines and dimensions to appear normally. Am I missing something, or is there a trick to it? If I change the line wheight it just prints big grey lines.

Click the "Page Setup" button in the print menu. You may have "Color/Greyscale" selected when you want "Black and White".

Thanks That seemed to do it. I had it set on automatic, I geuss it was just picking the wrong one every now and then or something. Now, is there a way to reset the line wheight values? As I said I changed then, but I don't know what they were originally set at. I click on print and then line wheight.

I know this is an old topic, but I figured my new question is similar.

Is there a way to print a drawing in color but have the dimensions print as dark black, instead of light grey?

sloth4z ... As far as I know, only by changing the dimension colour to black.
Tools > Options > System options > Colors > Dimensions, Non Imported (Driven) > Edit select color

[cheers] & all the best.

Thanks a lot!! That was exactly what I wanted. Which seems to be rare in most forums.

I use 2001+ and the option was "Imported Annotations (Driven)" also the option for the drawing outline is "Inactive Entities"
