Printing problems with IDW file

Hello, I'm having problems with the print quality of IDW & model prints, all are set as 'as material' and the IDW file is set for one view Hidden Line removed and the other view is set to shade, but the print is produced with grey and white stripes on the shade mode view, any advice would be appreciated
