Printing to PDF - A2 size?

Hi all,

When using Acrobat Distiller there are very few options for paper size and not at all for A2. Anyway I can configure this to provide an A2 format?

Hi

I use pdf995 (freeware/sharewere) and I can creat pdf in A2 format. Download and try it.
