Pro/Cable Tutorials?

I'm looking for electronic tutorials on Pro/Cable. I havent been able to find anything useful on Google. I'm usually pretty good at figuring software out, but this is quite unintuitive.

If anyone knows of any downloadable tutorials, please let me know.
