Pro-E Advanced Book

First off, I would like to say this forum is great source for help.

Presently I am using a Pro-E book by Sham Tickoo and I find it lacks alot of information. Any recommendations for a good book that I can use in a teaching environment?

I am looking for a book that contains difficult concepts and tutorials. I am looking at the following books, and was curious as to if anyone has used them or has feedback on them:

Ideally I am looking to use PTC material. If anyone knows were I buy official PTC material please let me know.

The only way to get legal copies of PTC training material is to attend a PTC training class. That will only get you the manual, no exercise files.
