PRO-E & J-Link

I am new to PRO-E, worked for Solidworks & IronCAD, wrote API programs. I hv tried to set up J-Link by setting up CALSSPATH etc. I don't know how to start any program or how to start with J-Link. Please guide me step-by-step for writing a java code or suggest me any help.
