Does SolidWorks have a similar feature to Pro-E ShrinkWrap?

For assemblies, take a look at File > Save as > Save as type:part and use one of the solid or surface options.

Also check out the SpeedPak function.
 
From reading the turorial... shrink wrap (at least in 2001) sounds very similar to save_as part (with its available options). There are also aspects of shrink wrap (where it was semi-associative) that sound similar to speedpak. Though I have not really used speedpak either.

I am curious if shrinkwrap has improved since 2001. My guess is yes.
