Pro/ENGINEER drawing to CATIA V4

I am converting a Pro/ENGINEER drawing to CATIA V4. The view entities are great, but all of the lead lines run through the dimension and several of the angular dimensions flip the leaders over the extension line from there original location. How can I change this.

I doubt you can do much to fix this problem - usually the entities are appearing as dimensions etc- but are not structured as such - for example; a dimension acts like a detail or a note is not able to be manipulated.

I will have to do the same later (translating ProE models to CATIA V4). What kind of tools do you use ? What companies ? Are they several of them ?
