Pro/Intralink Problem

When I try to checkout a new Assembly from Commonspace into a local Workspace I keep getting this error message. Can anybody tell me what it means?

"This error message has internal use only. It should be never put into stack. Please chech the online knowledge database at

http://www.ptc.com

and/or contact Technical Support.

What version of Intralink and build?
What is your hardware spec and OS?
New install or been running a while?
