Pro to Ansys problems

Running Pro 2001 I have created and assembly, when the client pulls the
assembly into design space (ansys) he can not select surface to control
the meshing.

The parts had the same problem, I tightened the accuracy and the parts
worked fine. The problem is that the assembly will still not work
properly. Any suggestions on why this is happening and how to fix it?

I had this problem before. In my case, it was caused by the parts in the assembly having different units. When I made sure the units were consistent and updated the assembly in designspace the issue was resolved.
