To model an FRP composite with fibers in one direction , in material properties and section definition , if the data are as bellow , how should I define this material ?
Material parameters
Characteristic stiffness values and transverse contraction
Elasticity modulus GPa E0° 17/23/28*
Elasticity modulus GPa E90° 8,5
Shear modulus MPa G 3,00
Poisson’s ratio - V0°,90° 0,23
Poisson’s ratio - V90°,V0° 0,09
also I am not sure that how many layers are there in this composite , due to the difference btw the E1 and E2.
using Engineering Constants requires E in 3 directions and also v , but the data are as mentioned
