Problem in opening some ADAMS files

Hi All

Sorry I am a beginner
To solve some examples , I opened some pre modelled ADAMSview files, when I do, two similar windows open , one is solid and the other is wireframe, both are the same thing , but I dont know how to close one of them , and also the windows don't go full screen , how do i do that ?
