Problem printing who does what when report

When I print out my who does what when report I keep getting ##### in the column for the hours. I know this is becuase the text has gone to wide. My problem is I can not find the place to format the report to stop this.

The best place to make the changes you need is in View --> table --> more tables --> select the table and click on edit. The problem happens a lot in the date columns and here you can change the date format for just this table. You can also increase the size of individual columns. Keep in mind that the report (and all reports) will add 5 spaces on either side of a column value.
