problem to load product template studio and process studio

Hi all,

I have a problem to load NX product template studio an process studio.

It seems to load these NX programs, but finally I have a crash...

I upload an image of process studio load.

Can be JAVA software version?

or UGII.bat file?...

Looks like it could a JAVA problem or perhaps it's not finding the right version.

Which are the UGII folder files that launches

NX Product Template Studio?

Can be something wrong in ugii_env_ug.dat file?

I have tested java, isn't java problem.
