Problem with Cable system

Hello, friends. I have some sort of trouble working in machinery module. I can't wrap a cable between two pulleys if that pulley was extra rotated around any axis. But the same pulley created with marker works (Adams can wrap a cable between them but it does it in the wrong way- cable doesn't skirt a pulley but is located at one side). Why can't I wrap a cable between two pylleys created by different ways and why doesn't the created cable skirt around the pullley?

I don't know the answer, but I'm sure in the Help, it'll describe how you define how the cable strings between, say, 2 orthogonal equal sized pulleys. MSC support may be your quick answer.

Thank you for your answer but I have already seen the HELP so it didn't help so much... There is no information about creating pulleys by different ways. Only how to create and use.
