Hello, I have problem with downloading records from REF615, but I think the problem is with the entire series 615. I prepared setting for several device REF615, I upload setting to them without any problem, I tested all settings with injection device, but when I try to see records from disturbance recorder with PCM, I can't. What's happen:
Disturbance recorder tool show me that I'm downloading records, but when it finish there are no records in the list. I use PCM600 2.6, revision of devises are 5.1.3. When I try with the PC of one of my colleague I download all records without any problem, but I can't find reason this tool didn't work on my PC. I think that the problem may be is in operating system, but I'm not sure. With windows 7 I think it not work, with all other operating systems is OK. Do you have any ideas?
