Problem with License Server

Hello.

I have a problem with License Server on operating system win 7.
When I off cable to my network card in computer, License server work correctly.
When I switch on the cable to my network card, License server has a problem to reread license

View logs talk:

17:12:20 (ugslmd) Licenses are case sensitive for ugslmd

Try to ReRead the Lincense file in LMTOOLS.

If that doesnt work , preform a server diagnostic query? You can post relevant info here.
