I have created a scene, and am attempting to make a draw view, using dynamic shading with edges. When I put the view on the draw sheet, it constantly comes out with a large black "box" over approximately 1/3 of the part.

What could be causing this? Coincidentally, the place where the box appears on the view, is always where the view properties dialog appears, when I turn on the colors and shading. I can't generate the view by changing the drafting options before creation, because the view must be scaled down. (or else I get a memory error - and no view)

Solid7, I won't have a chance to try it right now on one of my machines with SP3, but SP4 is out, I have it loaded on mine. This may correct the graphical issue.

I didn't get a chance to get SP04, as I currently have not paid my maintenance. (it ran out last month)

I need to do that now, I guess...

Here is some additional information:

This is a 1/4 scale view. When I attempt to shade the view as full size, I get the following message:

"Memory allocation failed."

Seems like this is my best clue yet.
