Problems changing from 2002 to 2004 1

We have changed over to 2004 from 2002. I cannot figure out how to manipulate the .pgp file. For that matter, I can't even locate it. It seems 2004 has moved a multiude of files out of support.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

To open the PGP file, on the Tools menu, click Customize, Edit Custom Files, Program Parameters (acad.pgp)
