Problems inserting Word Docs

Inserting a Word Document.

when i try inserting a word document, only the first page appears (as object).

I tried copying the text and pasting into a text box but then the formatting gets messed up. I prefer the "linking" that the object approach retains.

Any ideas on why only the first page appears?

What we've done to get around this is make the page size in word large enough to have all the text a single sheet.

The link to the word file can cause problems though, and with hindsight may not have been the best way for us to have done it.
