Problems with plot configs.

Hello,
I'm pretty much at the end of exhausting my resources for remedying this problem i have.

I'm using autodesk land desktop 3. I was able to plot to 11x17 ledger paper through my Konica 7020, but has stopped working after the configuration of the printers was changed. After using plotter manager to create a new .pc3 file for the Konica it still will not print.

Can anyone help me get the correct config files or help with the correct configuration of the .pc3 file I'm currently trying to use.

Can you be more specific? What exactly changed when the printers were changed, and do you get any kind of error message? This would help us to better help you.
