Problems with sheetmetal drawing

I have a problem that is starting to annoy me.
Every time I try to open a drawing that I made from sheetmetal, Solidworks 2009 closes itself, saying that there has been a problem and that it must restart ( the program ). I tried it a couple of times, I restarted my computer, and the result was the same. If I try to open a different drawing from sheetmetal from the same folder, I have no problems.
What can I do? Any suggestions?

If the part has derived feature/part; i would first open that part & check for any feature failures. Rebuild the part (Ctrl+Q)

Do the same to the actual part.

Ensure that the part rebuild without any error.

Now try opening the drawing.

Sadly, it sounds to me like your drawing is corrupted.

Before you delete it and start redrawing it I suggest the following steps.

-open sheetmetal PART.
-check that the configurations are congruent, specifically the flat-pattern configuration is in working order.
-save sheetmetal part.
-close SW
-restart computer
-launch SW
-open sheetmetal PART.
-Go to File -> Create Drawing from Part
-It will prompt you if you would like to open the drawing which is associated with that part. Hit YES.

Please update when you find a resolution, if you find one.

Hi Vid Golob

One suggestion is to suppress all the features in part & try opening the drawing.
If it opens, unsuppress one feature at a time & rebuild the drawing & look for the feature which is troubling you.

So try to do that feature some other way.

This is only helpful if the drawing opens by suppressing all the features. And you might loose some dimensions or formatting.

If not solvable send it to your VAR, they will definatly do that as they have done it for me in past.

Cheers

Requested update:
I was pressed for time so I created a new drawing from the part, deleting the old one. Wasnt the fastest solution, but it was the most predictable ( I knew how much time I needed for that). Btw the file wasnt corrupted, all the features worked and I could flatten the body. Hope it doesnt happen again...
Thanks anyway.
