Why is not posible to make an "ofsset section view" if you have made an "broken view" before?..

If it is posible....how can i make it?

I have also this problem, I can't solve it.
The best way to avoid this kind of problem is to made an "broken view" after you make all sections, detail views, clipping views.

Your method is good, but there is a problem. When you have a long piece and you make a "detail view" in a extreme of it, if you make a "broken wiew" before the long element converts into a short element but the detail view´s balloon remains in the original position!!.The only way that i found to solve it is to eliminate the detail view´s balloon and to draw a circle and a lead line similar.
