Process Engineering books

Hi,
I'm new in process engineering. I need your help. I'm looking for book about process engineering to read in my free time to develop myself. I don't like books with lots of equations. I just want to learn theories behind process design. Books related with how to build a plant from nothing. How to think and analyse the problems as an engineer? Which books do you suggest me?

The theory is full of equations you can't build a plant without any. Well, you can, but it will either explode or be 10 times too expensive.
I'm not sure as to what books to recommend. Where do you come from exactly, you are not an actual process engineer, correct?

It will be kind of weird but, I'm actual process graduate engineer. I do use equations of course. But, I'm looking for a little more interesting books to read which is based on experience/assumptions not on equations. BP have these kind of books-magazines. Unfortunately, I don't have access to these materials.
