I am looking to purchase a laptop to run AutoCad 2004 and also Revit 6,however I am on a budget of less than £1000 (which includes the VAT).
I am confused with Celeron, Athelon, Centrino in comparison with a true Pentium 4 processor.
We have pentium 4 1.5 Ghz machines in work which handle AutoCad quite well but also a Pentium Celeron 2.2Ghz that struggles with AutoCad which leads me to believe that this is a cut down version of the pentium processor.
Does anyone have any good advise or better still point me in the direction of an article comparing processors.
