Does anyone have experience or have any good examples online for a Procurement Control Drawing?

Never done a procurement drawing per se, a few source control drawings though. I assume you have ASME Y14.24? Section 8.1 of my 99 version gives some info and an example.

Posting guidelines faq731-376 (probably not aimed specifically at you)

We typically use Vendor Control Drawings or Source Control Drawings as our Procurement Control Drawing.
The difference is minimal, but has a big impact on downstream processes like Procurement.

Basically, they are identical except a Source Control drawing limits procurement to the qualified sources of supply that are listed on the face of the drawing.

The content of the drawings show as much information as required for inspection to verify that you indeed did receive the parts you ordered and that they will function within the assembly. Also on the drawing is a table of "suggested sources of supply" or "qualified sources of supply." The table includes your internal part number, the vendor's part number, vendor name, contact info, and CAGE code.
