Product Description Issues

My company has starter parts with parameters setup to adjust length, width, and height, which are tied to the initial sketch of the part.
When the parameters are changed, it automatically updates the Product Description Field to show the new length, width, or height.

The issue I am running into is I have to run my designs through my customers software.
When their software reads the part properties, the description it reads is not what is in the description field.

I have narrowed it down to when I use Catia's Analyze BOM function, the BOM tab shows the correct description, but when I select the Listing Report tab, it shows the incorrect description.

I have tried everything I can to fix this issue, does anybody have any recommendations?

I have uploaded 4 pictures to hopefully show what the issue is.
As you can see, the the Part Properties show the Description to be "6061-T6 2.50 X 2.50 X 2.82.
The Analyze BOM shows the exact same Product Description, but when i look at the Listing Report, it shows 1in X 8in X 12in.
I have no idea where it is getting the 1 X 8 X 12 dimension.

Did you try CATDUA on your part?

Yes, I cleaned the parts in In Catia using the Desk and I also used the CATDUAV5 Batch cleaner as well and the issue still continues.
