Proe 200i Installation/ license problem (SGI - UNIX)

I am reinstalling our copy of proe 2000i on a newer sgi octane 2 machine. I contacted sgi and they reissued the license pack with the new machine id, but the license manager is stating that 3 of my 4 licenses are invalid. Of course PTC is not offering any help since we do not have a current service contract. Is there anything I should be checking or doing? Have not done an install in 4 years so I am a bit rusty.

The computer is running IRIX 6.5
