Sometimes when I do a revolved cut, the cutting surfaces do not appear smooth. The lines are jagged much like a saw. Is there a graphics setting that would correct this? It is so exaggered that we can't make chages to our assembly because we can't determine where the true edge is. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi TCGT,

There are a couple of things that may be causing this problem. Select "View" in the menu bar then choose Display Settings > Model Display. Select the Edge/Line tab and set the Edge Quality to Very High.
You may also want to try selecting "Edit" in the menu bar then choose "Setup". Select "Accuracy" in the menu manager, then enter a low number for the relative part accuracy (e.g. 0.0001).
