We are a 50 person Civil / Survey Company looking for the "perfect software package". We have many projects varying from very small to large. Looking to integrate timecards and accounting with project management and scheduling and reduce our databases from 3 to 1.

Currenbtly looking at Deltek Vision (deltek.com)

Anyone have any other suggestions to consider or any experience with Deltek? Is there a microsoft product?

It's certainly a larger up-front investment but have you considered hiring an Access programmer to develop a customized database for you? That way you can get exactly what you need and you can grow/change it as your needs change.

With OLE technology, it could link directly to your Project files. For example, if you invoice at milestones, you could link your database to the Project file and automatically generate an invoice when the milestone is reached in the Project file.
