project table database

anyone know of any internet accessable project file databases to ease the conversion of v4->v5 drawing migration?

i work for a small fish, who gets their data from the big fishes, not always with the correct project file information...it would be really nice if we all could post our files out there for, for instance f-22, c-130, etc.?

i mean, are the v4 project files export controlled or top secret?


as i type this, it seems like a silly question, but its a regular thorn in my side...
