Dear experts,

2 questions regarding ASME VIII-1 UG-101(j) and UW-19(c)(2)

1.
ASME UG-101(j)(3) said:
When excess stock from the same piece of
wrought material is available and has been given the
same stress relieving heat treatment as the pressure part,
the test specimens may be cut from this excess stock

What is the exact definition of wrought material?
Is that means only the same Material Spec, Grade, Thickness and stress relieving heat treatment or there are any other requirments?

2. There is a case of a jacketed vessel, the jacket is a dimpled plate and it is welded to a plain plate. The MAWP of the welded stayed construction is established in accordance with the requirements of UG-101.
The test gave MAWP of 5 BAR, the NamePlate indcate Jacket MAWP of 4.2 BAR.
This vessel is designed for Full Vacuum in the inner vessel. Therefore, the common element (the plain plate) is subjected to a pressure of 5.2 BAR (-1 BAR + 4.2 BAR).
In this case, the pressure on the common element is larger than the pressure which established by the proof test.
Is that violiting the Code rules?
Does a new proof test is requried or the proof test is only made to established the proof test of the jacket?
