I want to review the installed protection system in my 20 kV substation.
Is there any standard codes that I should use as refrence in reviewing this protection system?
Because firstly I have to know all the standard codes needed for a 20 kV substation.

First off you ought to say where you are. Usually it is more utility specific than outside standards. In the USA, where you probably are not given 20kV, the NESC provides general requirements but different utilities all do things differently within those overall guidelines.

What David saied.
No codes, no standards, only general requirements/recomendation . Is depends...
Attached SLD of your SS and we will give you tips, after you will decide what/when and add cost evalution.
Godd Luck.
