We have composite hat structure that will have additional composite material bonded to the outside using inflatable rubber bladders and heat blankets. For this set up the rubber bladders have a protective sleeve around them while the heat blankets are located on the outside of this sleeve. The material we have currently been using for the sleeves are proving to be not durable enough for the heat and constant wear. I am trying to find a better suited material for this process. The process can get up to 350F and 10 PSI. I would need something that can withstand that temperature for more than 20 hrs., has low friction surface, flexible (to expand with the inflatable bladder), and good wear and fatigue resistance. If any one knows any sleeves or material suitable for this process, your help is appreciated!
